How did you guys spend your christmas? Well, I had a great night on that day, by spending the day with the love one and friends, hanging out and chit-chatting @ Cassis Bellisa Row. A cozy fine dinning restaurant with a dinner hall upstairs and decorated with a huge grand chadelier, offering and serving an upper class dining experience.
It was 5 course set dinner they were serving on the Christmas dinner menu.

This is good all I can say, the mixture of black truffle, black froth, foie grass and preserved orange are good mixed.
Roulade of Pork with Cherry and Pistachio Sauce
As the main course, there were 3 course to be chosen, Wagyu Sirloin, Boston Lobster and Olive Flounder and the third is Roasted Poussin. If you know me, you will know I'm always a beef lover so I chose Wagyu Sirloin with baby corn, spinach, Yorkshire pudding and onion gravy.
Well, to be honest, the Wagyu Sirloin didn't come with I had expected.
The fifth course, Deconstructed Christmas Pudding.
The sauce and the ice cream are good as the pudding is below my expectation as well.
